To resolve the issue simply install the appropriate Microsoft syncing software below:ĪctiveSync - For Windows XP, Windows Server 2000, 2003 - 32 and 64 Bit In some versions this will prevent TracerPlus Connect from launching with an error of failed to launch. Older versions of TracerPlus may receive the error - Error 1904 - Rapi.dll failed to register - during the install of TracerPlus Connect if Microsoft ActiveSync / Windows Mobile Device Center is not installed. From here you can right click on My Computer in the left pane and select Properties to see the Windows version and bit information. For Windows 8 and up, press WINDOWS + E to open up Windows Explorer. For all Windows operating systems up to Windows 8, you can right click on My Computer in the Start Menu, and select Properties to see which version of Windows you have, and the bit version.
